Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.gardenstall.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Garden Stall (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms set out below. This Refund Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Window and Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging, where applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping

  • Returns are free of charge, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Please contact us at frankie@gardenstall.co.uk before sending your return, so we can provide return instructions and a return address.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at frankie@gardenstall.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. live plants, bulbs)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale
