Excellent delivery. Product must what we wanted. Instructions could be clearer. We topped water right to the top of the reservoir and it kept losing water. Phoned and were advised that we must have a leak in the base and they would send a new reservoir immediately. Again excellent delivery but the same thing happened again but water always leaks to 1-5 ins below rim and this is the correct level. awe now have 2 reservoirs! We appreciate your generosity. It is still a wonderful product but perhaps instructions should be clearer that the water comes to a level well below the rim. All photos show this level but one tends to assume that water should come to the top of the rim
